Looking for a flatmate in Polwarth

Finance professional looking for a new flatmate in Polwarth, Edinburgh.

Double room in bright and spacious basement flat with beautiful living room. All bills are included, including Virgin Media internet and TV (I also have Netflix). Parking is on the street (and is free and does not require a permit), albeit can be a bit tricky finding a spot. Landlords are a couple whom I am friends with, so any issues sorted very quickly.

I work in finance 9 - 6, Monday to Friday. I am usually out three to four evenings in the week seeing friends, playing golf or running. Girlfriend lives in London so am often away at weekend visiting her or visiting family in Nottinghamshire.

Flatmate is moving out as he is moving in with his fiancé and am looking for a new person to take his place. Preference for a fellow working professional on a similar routine to me.
