Flat for professional male in Haymarket

Double Room for Rent from mid November

£450 pcm for the room (rent is £900 total between 2). Council tax is Band C.
Gas and Electricity has increased just like everyone else's.

Looking for a male professional to share a flat with me. It's not the prettiest flat but it does the job. The flat is rented directly from a private landlord.

I work 9 til 6 most days with some time away at sea. I'm planning on staying in the flat for some time and have been living in Edinburgh for over a year. I like cycling so have a couple of bikes around and am happy to share my cooking and like the odd evening in the pub.

Looking for someone who's keen to socialise in the evenings but not party too hard. Prefer that you're also working. Non-smoking.
