As small double room with double bed, to suit couples. All shared facilities, cooker, washer, bathroom etc. The flat is situated on the water
of Leith and a lovely waterfall flows just by our garden, which is so lovely and calm. There is off road parking just outside of the property, which is a ground floor property. We have free WiFi, breakfast optional of hot drinks toast & preserves or cereal.
