Flatmate Wanted

Hey,

I'm looking for someone to take over from my current flatmate who's moving back home now that she’s working from home. It’s such a lovely flat in a great location!

The room is available long term, the flat has 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, large living/dining room and kitchen. It's a really bright and airy flat, with views of the castle. Your room has a king size bed, wardrobe, drawers etc. The bedrooms have also recently been redone with grey carpet and white walls. Flat comes to around 640 each a month including bills. I work 9-5 and I'm looking for someone who works similar hours, is chill, clean, and respectful but also up for being social and going out.

I'm pretty busy during the week with work and the gym, but like to be social on the weekends. Have a wide variety of hobbies but super enjoy getting out and about.

The flat is through an agency so you will need to meet their reference checks which include being currently employed.
