The well- stocked kitchen has an electric cooker with 4-plate induction hob. Family sized dishwasher & washing machine /dryer.
Comfortable, colourful living room / dining area looking onto balcony. Two settees (seat 5 ), TV, shelving, cabinets & expandable dining table.
Balcony looks along the SHORE to Edinburgh and hills. The SHORE is famous for it's variety of seafood restaurants, cafes & pubs to suit all pockets. The apartment gets good sun all day round.
