Confortable and clean flatshare.

I have 1 room to rent in my home in (22/3 Broomhouse Medway, Edinburgh, EH11 3SR).  I am very clean and like to have the flat always looking respectable. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front.  If not, we have a number of local shops, universities and colleges nearby and different public transport within a couple of minutes from the flat which takes you into the city centre in 15 mins e. g. trams, buses.  The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dresser and tv.  All other Bill's, TV, gas, electricity, council tax and wifi included in rent. Your cut will be about £480 per month.  My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, chill out room, kitchen and bathroom.  The main shared living area has Sky, Netflix and amazon. The chill out room is a space usually used for studying, reading or meditation etc.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay for around a year but this can be discussed, and not too noisy. I like to live a quiet life, but I stay phisically active also. I'm currently working from home at the moment and because of what's happening around the world, so I'm enjoying reading and drinking coffee during the day just now.
