My flat mate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so I’m looking for someone to fill her room in this great flat. The room is a fully furnished double room with en-suite and plenty of storage.

The flat is located near Meadowbank shops. There is a large Sainsbury’s across the road. The flat is on several bus routes and is walking distance to the city centre and leith walk. There is free car parking behind the flat and there is free on street parking in front of the flat.

The flat is rented though a letting agent so credit checks and references are required.

Rent is £437.50 each a month
Council tax and bills come to approximately £115 each

I've just received an interview for a job in London which if successful means I'd only be looking to rent this room out until the end of September. (For anyone interested I can still arrange viewings and keep them updated with what i will be doing regarding the flat)
