Flat is situated in a residential cul-de-sac, 2 minute walk from Haymarket Station. Fully furnished, bright room with double bed/mattress, a large built in wardrobe and shelves. Sole use of main bathroom with bath/shower. Both of these rooms have been recently furnished (painted, new bed, new bathroom suite). Use of large lounge/kitchen and dining area (microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc) and access to a communal garden. Rent is £600 pcm which also includes all bills and wifi. The room is available from now and lodger is welcome to leave their belongings in the room over the weekends. Parking space available at extra cost.
