2 identical rooms available, ideal for students with bus links to all major universities either just outside the flat or a short walk along the road.

I myself am a student but as it’s my 3rd year I’m currently doing a placement so work mainly 9-5, some days at home and some in the office.

The flat is in an ideal area with parking available right outside if you drive, and has everything you need around about with a gym right across the road, along with amenities such as a post office, Lidl, Iceland and many other stores to do the weekly shop.

Quite a large flat with a spacious living area. I like to keep things fairly tidy so ideally have someone move in with a similar mindset would be ideal.

Virgin M100 fibre broadband and electricity bills all included also 👍
