Double room available from August 20th (possibility to move in early September). The price is £530 per month + £30/35 of bills including TV, gas, electricity, WiFi and TV. There are 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living room and a kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 ovens, a washing machine and a lot of utensils to share.

There will be 6 people living in the flat (you will replace me). Everyone is nice and social. The only requirement is to be a female student, preferably between 18 and 25yo.

The flat is on Dalkeith Road, near the Commonwealth Pool and Arthur's Seat. It's a 5min walk to Cameron Toll shopping center. There is a bus stop right outside the front door (buses 2, 14, 30, 33) and it takes about 10 mins to go to the city center.
