Double room with en-suite near the city centre

Fantastic double room with en-suite available for the entire run of the Fringe. Near to the city centre 15 minute bus journey and the bus stop is literally outside the new development. Buses to the city centre is every 5-10 minutes.

There is ample storage space for clothes in the fitted wardrobes and a deluxe kingsize bed. Fresh towels and bedding will be provided. Non smokers only and the flat isn’t a party flat

I’m a 45 year old professional who has dogs. So you need to be a dog lover. The dogs stay in the livingroom area which has a baby gate on as I don’t give them access to the entire flat.
