Room in student flat available until August 30

I am leaving my student accommodation a bit early to start work and am looking for a female student to take over the remainder of the lease from any time after July 24th until August 30.

The room is a five-person flat in Mylnes Court, conveniently located just off the Royal Mile but in a nice secluded corner that gets very little street noise. Flat has all amenities (including basement washer and dryer) and access to a common room with lots of games and activities. 10 minutes walk each to Bristo Square and Princes Street and an excellent location for all Fringe activities! Expected rent is £530, a bargain for this location and at this time of year.

Unfortunately, due to school regulations the new person must be female and either a current or incoming student, preferably at Edinburgh University.
