Looking for a female lodger to join two others. This is a 3 rd floor (top) , well maintained flat in nice order with it's own utility/drying area on the landing. It's in a quiet area with good transport links.
There is a dining kitchen with fridge-freezer/electric oven/gas hob/microwave/washing machine/dishwasher, plus a good sized separate living-room with TV. Shower-room with electric shower and Gas central heating with an economic combi-boiler.
Current flat-mates are 2 females - one working one student/part-time worker, both late 20's.
Students or working people considered but you must be ok with living with a cat!
Non-smoking essential.
Plenty of free parking if needed. Near to Heriot Watt and Napier Universities - handy for City Bypass/Hermiston Gait.
