Looking for mature students for council tax reasons

Right by the Shore area of Leith with loads of lovely bars and cafes/brunch places 2 mins away. Close to supermarket and shops. 20mins to princes St by bus or 15mins to cycle. Close to Leith walk. Leith is a great home within the city with lots of independent places and a sense of community. Right next to the river if you like a bit of city nature. There are also loads of cycle paths that link all over the city although there is not currently indoor bike storage.

Ideally looking for a mature student for council tax reasons. It is definitely not a party flat. Need someone who is laid back but will do their fair share to keep things clean.

A little about me:

Currently in 3rd year at Edinburgh Napier and I do freelance work events planning on the side. I’m happy to have hangouts and things from time to time in the flat but like my own space. I like to keep the communal areas tidy and clutter free. I’m very sporty and I love to go running/ gym /or bouldering 5days a week. In the summer I do cycling/camping/hiking and outdoorsy things in general.

Have strong interests in music/art/literature
