Room in Quiet family home

We have a lovely family home and are looking for a female to share with us. I am a professionals female who likes a quiet routine during the week. We have a garden with a sun room, sitting room and kitchen dining room, so there is lots of space. The house has all mod cons, washing machine, internet, Netflix etc. Access to a garden.
We are walking distance to the new hospital so ideal for someone who works at the new royal. Off street parking is available for anyone with a car. There is a bus stop outside the house that goes directly into town and takes 15mins. We have a small cockapoo who is very friendly. We are looking for someone to move in December/Jan. Rent includes all bills., no hidden extras.
