Double Room w/ Walk-in Wardrobe in Modern Flat

Tucked away on a quiet street, the flat is a delightfully presented apartment, within a quiet residential block. It is right in the heart of Edinburgh, only 15 minutes walk to the city centre and ideally positioned for city centre commuters and to explore the botanic gardens & nearby Stockbridge at weekends.

The main living space is large, homely and kitchen with dining table is huge and kitted out with all essentials. It really is a lovely flat and well worth the rent. The room is spacious and has a spare room right next to the room which is essentially a giant walk-in wardrobe.

I work Mon-Fri pretty long hours. Often away at the weekend on some sort of adventure too. Looking for someone who is equally as friendly and easy-going as me, sociable, but above all, clean and respectful of a shared living space.

Long-term tenant ideally but short-term also considered. Viewings are available most evenings. Couples are considered but would likely prefer a single tenant!
