Double Room In Detached House

Double room to let in beautiful detached Bungalow.

My name is Ewen, and I work as a Teacher here in Edinburgh.

I am looking to rent out two rooms in my house. I have a beautiful designer house in the Corstorphine area of Edinburgh. It has all the amenities you might require, including off street parking, as well as superfast broadband, a large decking and garden area.

I am a 7 minute walk from the bus stop. It is then 12 mins to Princes Street.

I will be living in the house along with my beautiful dog Ruby, but I am a very chilled landlord!

I currently have a tenant, who is moving out mid September, so I will be renting out another room when she leaves.
