The flat is modern, well equipped. 2 bedroom shared livingroom and bathroom. The bedroom is a bright spacious double room that comes full furnished with a double bed, built in large double wardrobe, bedside tables, table and chair.
No smoking no pets, sorry.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a modern development and is finished to high standard. An excellent place to live in quiet development and is within easy reach of the city centre by either bus or car. Underground parking available.

I'm looking for somebody for 6- 9 months
