Long term accomodation for an exchange of 15hrs per week towards household tasks.

The double room (one person only) is part of a family home, centrally located, furnished with views of the castle.
Long term, minimum 6 months.
We are offering this room for an exchange of 15hrs per week.
The time can be spread out between several days in a week, however, one session of 4/5hrs in a row is required.
We are looking for some help around the house, whether is cleaning or a bit of gardening or get your hand on some creative projects (we upcicle a lot).
This room will ideally suit a student or a part-time worker, who is happy to live in a sociable family environment
Because of the exchange you will only need to pay a reduced rent of £300p/m, this includes bills.
One month deposit of £300 is required.
