Furnished Room From September

Hello!
I am looking looking for someone to rent this flat with me. It's ex Airbnb, but the owner wants to lease it monthly now. The owner has confirmed that they will lease it to me, and allowed me to find someone to share this super awesome place.

It has been furnished to a very high standard. There is a new washing machine, dryer, shower and even a dishwasher! The bedroom in the pictures would be yours.

I'm a professional working regular hours in New Town. I'm sociable and laid back, and respect that people need their own space. At the weekend you'll likely find me curled up in a coffee shop with a book.

Twenty minutes by bus from Waverly Station, twelve minutes by bike.
