Hello! I have a spacious double bedroom available to rent in my flat from mid to end of March. The flat is located on quiet street just off Constitution Street at bottom of Leith Walk. Really accessible to both the city centre and the Shore and there’s some lovely walks nearby, which is vital these days 😂

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet & large built in wardrobe. The flat has GCH, Wi-Fi, Dining room/Kitchen with dishwasher, 2 Bathrooms (one for you) & good size living room. The flat is on the ground floor and there is a private car park.

Rent is £585 per month which includes rent, gas, electricity, council tax, Sky TV, Netflix and broadband.

I am 30, and work full time for a charity. I‘m laid back and sociable, but also respectful of everyone’s space.

Female professionals only, no couples or students.
