The room is part of a quiet and comfortable flat shared with two friendly professional recent graduate. We work full-time so are also looking for a quiet, tidy, and professional flatmate.

The room has a single bed, a desk, end table and wardrobe. The flat includes:

Large and well-equiped kitchen with appliances, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and cooker/oven.
Modern bathroom with power shower and bath.
Secure bicycle storage in private grounds

Existing utilities and council tax are included in the rent. No couples, pets or smokers.
