6 month rent for student

I'm a final year PhD student who is losing her longtime flatmate to a post doc position down in Oxford.

I only have 6 months left in my PhD so I'm looking for someone who is also wantinf a quiet space to flop after writing for hours.

I'm looking for someone like minded, available for a cheeky glass of gin/wine and a film night, or bitching about brexit and bojo. I have a long term, long distance partner, who stays approximately over every other weekend, so you'd have to be comfortable with an extra in the house from time to time.

Professionals welcome but you'll have to cover the council tax side of things. Couples welcome and the rent of the entire flat will be split 3 ways to £300pcm.

Bills are excluded and total approx £100 per month. Internet is available in the flat, but not included in the rent.

I will be attaching photos ASAP, but the lighting is no good at the moment!
