I have a large double room available in a 2 bedroom 2nd floor flat in the caiystane area.
Around 30 minutes to the city centre by bus. Local routes include 4, 5, 11, 16, 27, and 400 to the airport if needed.
Local amenities include the hunter's tryst pub, morrisons and aldi as well as a few smaller shops in the nearby oxgangs area.

The flat is fully furnished with large living room with three piece leather suite and big screen TV.
Bathroom includes a rainfall shower and jacuzzi bath.

Rent includes WiFi and council tax. Electricity and gas are paid quarterly at the moment and averages at around £60 a month depending on the season and usage.

No students unless you're willing to pay council tax, sorry.

I'm a professional that works 9-5 weekdays and likes to spend his days off relaxing with friends either in our out of the flat. This isn't a party house though, I like my own space sometimes and respect when others do too.
Bit of a nerd and gamer. I like to keep a tidy home but don't need to live in a showroom.

Need someone by the 30th of September as my roommate is leaving on that date.

All contracts and deposit will be handled by accommodate Edinburgh lettings.
