I am sadly leaving my cozy flat as I have been offered a job away. The flat was used as an Air BnB before my flatmate and I moved in a year ago, so has been kept to a good standard. We're looking for a person who is respectful, tidy and enjoys a good glass of red wine! The flatmate staying loves to cook, goes to the gym, staying in to relax with a movie and is always open to enjoy the nightlife of Leith.

The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, small dresser and large wardrobe where you can hide things away - plenty of storage space! The living area has a large wrap around sofa perfect for relaxing and watching Netflix. The kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge, plenty of storage space and washing machine.

Flat is on the top floor - three stories up/32 steps. There is no preference on whether the person smokes - however, smoking inside the flat is not allowed. There is a shared garden to the rear. The flat is located smack in the middle between Leith Walk and Easter Road, so you will have your choice of pubs, supermarkets, etc. There is free parking on the street just out front and several streets nearby have free parking.
