I’m renting out the spare room in my flat, preferably to a student as I am also a full time student (going into 4th yr in September) so don’t pay any council tax. I am a qualified nurse as well and work long hours so don’t have much time to spend in the flat.
I also share the flat with my 6 month old Russian Blue kitten, Elsa - as shown in the pictures!

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk with a chair, a hanging rail with shelves and a chest of drawers - all shown in the pictures. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with LED lighting and a stand in shower.

The kitchen has a washer dryer and a fridge freezer.
The whole flat was renovated in November 2018 so everything is nice and fresh.

Underground parking facilities and a gym on site as well as concierge service, great bus routes to the airport and all around the city from the main road. 30min walk to Princes Street, 20min walk to Haymarket station.
