This double room will be available from the 29th September. Rent is £500 with bills around £130.
The flat has two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, a very sizeable living room and lots of hall storage! It's a beautiful flat and I'm hoping to find a new flatmate who is clean and tidy, sociable yet respects space and works 9-5 hours (or in my case right now, literally 8pm cause of ICAS studying for my job:( haha)
You will be signing onto a joint-tenancy agreement which is broken whenever one of us wants to move out, so long as there's a one-month notice period. Broughton Street is close to Leith, and about a 10 minute walk from Waverley Station. The York Place tram stop is a few minutes walk away.
