Due to a medical emergency I have had to move out of my flat on Nicolson Street at really short notice. It's a spacious single room in a roomy 2 bed flat with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. It would suit a young professional or maybe a postgrad/mature student and it is a 2 minute walk from George Square and the main university buildings. Due to its location, transport links are great with a bus stop right outside the front door. 5 minute bus ride to Princes Street or a 15 minute walk.
