Flat Mate Wanted For Double Bed Flat

Hi,
Myself and my husband are looking to rent out a double bedroom to females only as my husband works late hours and I am home alone. We both work full time so we are barely home. The property is located in Clermiston and is a flat on the first floor. There is a decent size bathroom with a shower installed and a kitchen which has a gas cooker. A scotmid is about 2 minutes walk. Bus stop to city centre, airport and Gyle centre only 2 minutes away. Drumbrae library right next to the bus stop. All bills are inclusive. The flat has central heating. There is a 24 hour tesco approximately 15 mins walk.
