Stockbridge Flat with castle views

I'm looking to rent out my room while away I am working abroad for a year. My flat is a lovely top floor tenement in the center of Stockbridge, a stones throw away from many local shops and cafes and within walking distance of Princes Street and Waverley Train Station. There is the option to get a parking permit if needed.

The flat has two double bedrooms. This ad is for the north facing room with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is a large kitchen with all the usual equipment including a dishwasher and smeg fridge. The bathroom has recently been renovated and has a walk in shower.

My current flat mate, Paula, who will continue living there, is super lovely, outgoing and social. She works in advertising and enjoys dance, travelling, yoga and cooking.

I love my flat and have put a lot of effort into making it a home. I am looking for someone who will look after it and enjoy living there as much as I do.
