Double room to let from July in cosy flat

Furnished double room to let, west of Edinburgh City Centre. Good location for the west end, Murrayfield, the Gyle, Hermiston Gate and the Universities.
Short term lets considered, on street free parking, the tram is only 10mins walk away, with buses very close too.
The flat is shared with me, I work for an environmental consultancy but in my spare time I enjoy rock climbing, bouldering, the mountains, biking and a lot of outdoor sports. Also happy to get out down the pub either socially or networking, watch rugby at Murrayfield, go to town for drinks or meals out with friends and colleagues and also catching the occasional movie.
Furnished room with bed, wardrobe and storage, WiFi in all areas and a stove!
