Large airy double bedroom with fireplace in a flat right off the high street in Stockbridge.

The property comes furnished with a family bathroom with bath tub and separate shower, and open plan kitchen / living room area.

Bills are not included, I expect them to be around £150-180 each per month. Council tax is band D.

Suitable for a professional, or a student willing to split the council tax .

You’d be sharing with me, your co-tenant, a 27 year old doctor from London. I’m pretty friendly, enjoy the arts, reading, writing and watching plays, like my space and happy to give you yours too! New to the city so like to get out and explore locally. There are a lot of little cafes and shops nearby, Stockbridge has a lovely buzz!
