Single room available in a three bedroom apartment. Rent is £330 not including bills. (Bills and council tax are approx £90 total pcm)
The room is quiet and gets a lot of sunshine throughout the day :)
You will be living with a friendly Australian and French Canadian female. We're both social yet respect each other’s privacy and need for downtime, and we are clean, so we would be looking for the same thing.
We're both artsy and creative and we like to cook. We're professionals who work 9-5 weekdays and prefer someone on the same schedule.
The flat is a 10 minute walk from Cameron Toll shopping center which has a big Sainsbury's, Aldi, Poundland, etc. Commonwealth pool is also 10 minutes away.
Close to Arthur’s seat and Blackford hill for all those nature lovers.
