The flat is located in the West end of Edinburgh on a lovely street that has a few great pubs, shops, cafes etc. Its literally 3 minutes walk to the end of Princess street, 10 mins walk to Haymarket.

About me: Name is Douglas, I am a 30 yr old working close by in financial services (wfh currently) who enjoys all the usual things such as pubs and restaurants, the outdoors, sport, current affairs etc. I am looking for a someone (ideally 25+) who is chilled out but sociable, clean and tidy to share the flat with. My friend Olivia, that i have been living with has just bought a flat so she is sadly moving out.

The estate agents are really good - anything that needs to be done gets fixed very quickly.
