The flat is on the third floor (it’s a daily struggle) located on ferry road. Bus stops right outside (21,29), you can get to the 27,37 and 24 bus stops in about 3 minutes if you can run really fast. On street parking available.

The room comes with a small chest of drawers, a bed and a cupboard.

I’m a 22 year old and work/study during the week, I’m preferably looking for a female who’s tidy and respectful of others.

The room is available now, however it may be easier to make the move in date 01/11/2019 due to rent. The current lease will end in December and if we are both happy to continue living together then we can sign another 6 month lease with the Landlord.
