Flat is situated next to haymarket station.

Looking for a flatmate to share the cost of living with, male and female welcome.

Things you should know:

I work most days so am only home at night.
Not a party flat, looking for working professional to live in quiet home.
Smokers welcome but only smoking out of patio windows.
I have a son (1.5 years old) who will be staying some weekends.

Room currently has a king size divan base but no matress or curtains. I'll deduct £50 from first months rent if you can organize for yourself. Other than that your room is your room, you can do whatever you like to it.
