Stunning double bedroom in a new build townhouse

Hey everyone! I've got a spare room available to rent in my house.

It's a double room with a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk and a chair. On the same floor, there's a bathroom that you can use.

My situation:
- I'm a live-in landlord. I work remotely from my room. But I typically spend around 5 days a week at my partners place.
- I have a dog that often stays with me, so ideally looking for someone that is okay with having dogs around.

The house is conveniently located, around half way between the airport and Edinburgh central.

As you'd expect from a modern house, it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 Gbps broadband, EV charger, washing machine, tumble dryer, dyson hoover(s) and a good sized garden.

The rent is £850 and it includes all bills except for council tax which we'll split equally.

The house would suit a working professional or a student.
