Double room offered in Edinburgh, including bills

Hi, I've just finished decorating the spare room and the bathroom, and the kitchen is almost done, phew! So the spare room is now on offer to an easygoing and sociable flatmate. I am a Mathematician/Physicist originally from London with a career in renewable energy, and a wide range of interests. The room is a bit on the small side, but there's lots of space to also park yourself in the large kitchen and living room. There is also extra storage space in a hall cupboard just outside the bedroom. Kitchen has washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and grill. I'm looking for a sociable and considerate flatmate and, of course, someone who will also respect my space as I will yours. I like cooking and sharing some food, if that occurs naturally.
