Single room in a top floor flat in the area of Wester Hailes. Universities and Colleges are all within a close radius, major bus routes also pass the property.

The area has many amenities, including supermarkets, gyms, library, and shops.

The room comes with a bed, desk, chair, and a built-in wardrobe. All bills including high-speed internet are included. The property has recently been refurbished therefore we are looking for a hygienic and quiet person who is also friendly and sociable with the other tenants.
