Offering a double room in a three bedroom flat with one bathroom. The flat also has a large kitchen, dining room, and lounge which allow for several spaces for socialising or for having space to yourself.

The flat is situated perfectly with easy bus links all around the city and is with comfortable walking distance to the city centre. The flat is also within a 2 minute walk of several shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.

We are looking for a reliable and outgoing flatmate. Who is looking for long term or short term let (if a student must be third year or up and be willing to contribute to council tax). We are also looking for someone who is respectful of others space but is also happy to socialise.
