We are looking for a considerate flatmate who requires a room in the Edinburgh area.
The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, table and chair, bedside table, and press cupboard. There is a shared living room and kitchen, and a roof terrace for time in the sun or if you wish to smoke.

Located very near to local shops, hairdressers and take aways. Close to Craigmillar Castle Park for lovely walks, and also an attractive local park with a sports centre and playing fields and basketball court, as well as Cameron Toll shopping center, where there are two supermarkets and a variety of other shops and two bank branches. .
The house is just outside the parking restrictions so parking outside is free and no permit is required.

All of the Edinburgh area is within reach via bus from both ends of the street.

The aparment would suit someone with a steady routine of nights and mornings. Since the other occupant is working and requires regular nights sleep.
