I am leaving my flat on the Meadows, so now looking for someone to replace me on the lease. The flat is a 5-bedroom flat on Marchmont Road, and there are 4 other lovely flatmates, 2 females, 2 males. (*We are all students)
My room is really cosy and have a lot of sunlight. The flat has 2 bathrooms and one shared kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped, we also have washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster and so on.
The room is £500/month (not include bills), and there is also a deposit of £540. The move-in date is 22nd of December, and the lease on the room expires at 30/06/2020.
