Well-equipped small double bedroom with use of own bathroom available immediately for mon-fri let (only!). Room has small double bed, beddings, carpets and double wardrobe.
Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom facilities.
I would like a quiet student/professional in town for work mon-fri. Looking for somebody very clean, tidy and respectful of property.
Good travel links into City centre (20mins) and close to forth road bridge/bypass/motorway for commuting in and out of edinburgh. Close to gyle centre and business park and royal bank hq. Close to airport.
I have a puppy also, small and non-shedding.
Rent to be paid each week in advance.
