Single bed for rent in 2-bed Newington flat available from August.

I am looking for a woman/woman-identifying flatmate.

The flat is on the first floor, close to Pollock Halls with a decent view of Arthur's Seat from the living room. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Spacious living room and good sized kitchen. There is room for you to bring along a few items of furniture if you choose to. You will have your own bathroom (with bathtub) as the other bedroom has an en-suite. Single bed with wardrobe, dresser and desk in room. I also have a few bookcases in the living room and would be happy to lend a few shelves.

About me: I am a 30 year old professional who works from home 4 days of the week (my work space is in the living room). I have an indoor cat so an animal lover is essential. I am quiet and usually keep to myself but would be happy to catch up on tv/movies with meals, play some board games, or occasionally hang out or going for walks in the evenings or on weekends. Not a clean freak but I try to keep my organised chaos in the bedroom :)

I am not a big partier but have a small group of friends that come over for dinner and a movie about once a week. Similarly, you are welcome to have people over though I would discourage heavy drinking and loud noises past 10:30 as we have families living around us.
