Super easy to get into the city centre - just 10 mins by bus which goes every couple of minutes from just outside the flat. The tram is also a short ealk away. Also has free on street parking.

The room available has a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and built in wardrobe. Rent includes all bills: electric, gas, superfast wifi, tv licence and council tax.

You'll be sharing the flat with me - i'm a 30 year old physiotherapist working in the city centre. Ideally looking for someone who's friendly and clean, and would be keen to hang out, watch films, etc.
