1 double room for rent close to Edinburgh city centre. Situated in Stenhouse with a private garden. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with shops, gym and park 2 minutes walk away. Super easy to get into the city centre - just 10/15 mins by bus which goes regularly from just outside the flat. The tram is also a short walk away and there is free on street parking.

The room available has a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and built in wardrobe. Rent includes all bills: electric, gas, superfast wifi, tv licence and council tax.

You'll be sharing the flat with me - I'm a 30 year old physiotherapist working in the city centre. Ideally looking for someone who's friendly and clean, and would be keen to hang out, watch films, etc.
