Double bedroom available in Marchmont flat

Hello,

We are two female students looking for someone to take our friends room when she graduates in May. This will ideally be to continue the lease for the academic year, so until May 2021. The flat is less than a 10 minute walk to Edinburgh University's main campus, around a 20 minute walk to Princes Street and is literally beside the Meadows! The flat itself is lovely with 3 good-sized double bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living space. We are a sociable flat who spend quite a lot of time together however also spend a lot of time on university work.

We are looking for a friendly student to take our flatmates room :)
