Room in Marchmont Flat

A double room available in a 4 bed professional flat, looking for a flatmate to take over the vacant room from the 15th October!

Charlie, Charissa and Ross, all working professionals with varying interests. Sociable group who always try and find time to hang out, whilst respecting each others privacy and downtime! Occasional flat meals and hanging out in the evenings after work, cooking, watching TV, chatting, boardgames if interested!

We're laid back, though are not massive night owls and would be looking for similar people. We like to keep a tidy flat and call the place home, generally tidying up after ourselves! We take turns cleaning communal areas of the flat, kitchen, living room, bathroom etc. We are looking for people to join us, who like us, like to call the place home!

The room is a double and the flat has plenty of storage space if needed. Large kitchen, with new oven, and a spacious living room and shared bathroom. There are a couple of supermarkets close by, and walking distance into the city with bus stops dotted around within a short distance.

The rent covers the room only, but bills are roughly £120 a month - covering council tax, gas/electrics and broadband. There is on street parking with a permit and also a shared garden.
