Flatmate required for large central Edinburgh flat

Looking for a new flatmate from end of July/August onwards due to current flatmate moving out

Preferably looking for a more long term stay but start on an initial 6 month trial basis and take from there but would consider short term depending on circumstances.

Very large and spacious 2nd floor central apartment close to Edinburgh city centre, and close to train/bus stations.

Looking to rent out spacious double bedroom that comes with double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. You would have access to full flat and treat as your own. My bedroom has en-suite so you would essentially have the main bathroom with power shower and bath as your own.

About me - work in Edinburgh in Finance and tend to work Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 although working from home full time at the moment.

Enjoy gigs/festivals, travelling, film/Boxset buff and not adverse to the odd drink.

Not looking for someone to live with that I can’t be mates with and do things with.

Have been lucky with previous 2 flatmates both of which have been strangers via SpareRooms - the first of which lived here for 3 years and so hopefully looking for similar with a good sense of humour and is up for a laugh.
