30 sec and 2 mins away from bus stop that will take you into city centre. (19,25,34,48). Co-op 2 mins away and take away as well.
I have 2 lovely and playful pets. Jessie the cat which is a rag doll and Leia the dog a playful shih tzu puppy. So you must be OK with pets in the house.
Viewing available any time. Please be aware priority will be given to people who can view the flat in person.
No other pets, couples, smokers or students.

Looking for a tidy and clean person who I can share the flat with. You will be expected to keep your room tidy and clean the shared space (e. g. kitchen, bathroom) once a week on a rota.

Looking for a quiet person who enjoys being social outside the flat and not so much in the flat.

I work from home 3 days a week, I spend time at the gym or in the city. When I am at home I enjoy spending time on the couch and watch TV.

Would prefer a longer term stay, the minimum is 6 months.
