Large double bedroom available in lovely Georgian flat in the West End. The flat is super central, just seconds away from Princes Street, and it's easy to access all areas of Edinburgh from it via walking, bus or tram. There is on street parking for anyone with a car.
The room has a bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. Plenty of space to add a desk if needed. Working shutters on the window.
I am a live in landlady (aged 41) and am hoping for someone who wants to make this a home, rather than just a short term rental.
There is a spacious shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Broadband, all bills, and fortnightly cleaner are included in the rent.
MUST BE A CAT LOVER, as I have a Burmese kitten and plan to get another one in a few months time.
